Andy has spent over 15 years in the City, working among or alongside private practice lawyers. He believes that this has given him excellent knowledge of the London market and the needs of both lawyers and law firms. Andy�s style is honest, positive and straightforward. He aims to keep the recruitment process as painless and transparent as possible.
Andy qualified as a corporate lawyer in 1997. After two years at Eversheds in London he moved in house to Numis Securities Plc, doing mainly mid-market ECM transactional work. Andy started his recruitment career at Hudson in 2003, becoming a senior consultant in the private practice team. He joined First Counsel in 2005.
