Our Values

At First Counsel, our values shape everything we do; they are the simple expression of both the personal beliefs that drive every member of our team, and the ethos that we firmly believe should define the business of recruitment as a whole. Our values underpin our promises, inform our negotiations, and guide us in our choice of clients and candidates.

We don’t subscribe to a long list of abstract values. Instead, we work to guiding principles or statements. We keep it simple, in the knowledge that clear values create a clear code of behaviour for everyone of our colleagues:
