With over fifteen years' recruitment experience Will has developed a deep understanding of the dynamics of legal recruitment, primarily in a law firm context. He thinks it is important to understand that different things motivate different lawyers and what appeals to one firm may not to another. After qualifying as a lawyer, Will began his recruitment career in 1994. His focus is on the placement of partners into law firms and he has been responsible for partner and team moves into firms of all sizes.
